The palette
Each colour is one movement — named by what comes back. The line in the middle is where ⍺ arrives: on the left a partner is present, on the right the glyph works alone. Tap a glyph to see what it does on that side and how it connects to the rest of the field.
Paths
A wish in ordinary words, and the movements that actually answer it. Paths are read the way APL works: from the right. Some paths can be walked — Aya’s question, step by step, including the place where she discovers she was looking for something else.
The field
Glyphs are not alone on the palette. They cross the line, undo each other, look from opposite sides, and hide inside one another. The bar under each glyph shows its two sides: left with ⍺, right alone. A dotted half means that side does not exist.
Notebook
Work a task in this method. Write the wish, record where you first went and who came, then paint the path you found. When you are signed in as the keeper of the collection, pages can be saved; otherwise the notebook lives only while this page is open — copy it before closing.
Harvest
Solutions gathered in conversation at the workshops, and from whiteboards — read as movements of thinking rather than as code. Each one is painted the way APL runs it — from the right, and through a train fork by fork — beside the path as the person told it. Side by side, solutions to one problem become a gallery of different minds answering the same question. Every entry is anonymous.
